Our second Women in Irish Whiskey event marked a major milestone. Held at the iconic Roe & Co Distillery on International Women’s Day, this gathering brought together over 100 women from across the industry — a celebration of progress, passion, and community.

With generous sponsorship from Diageo, the evening featured inspiring panel discussions led by trailblazing women in whiskey, interactive breakout groups, and a headshot photo station to help attendees put their best foot forward professionally.

Guests enjoyed bespoke cocktails created by Roe & Co’s award-winning bar team, and the atmosphere was electric — a mix of learning, laughter, and shared ambition.
